Story behind the image:During my wife and I's first trip to Monument Valley, we decided to sleep in the back of our Ford Edge at Goulding's campground. On this particular morning, I had forgotten to set the alarm but somehow, around 5:30am, I awakened and took a gander at the sky. I then suddenly yelled out: "Fire in the sky!" This, of course frightened my wife because she thought we were in the middle of a fire. I quickly explained that the sunrise was happening in an amazing way. So we scrambled to pull ourselves together and drove over to the overlook at Monument Valley to witness a spectacular sunrise with the most vibrant red color that we'd had ever seen.
